Beef Chashushuli, a Traditional Georgian Dish

This is a Georgian traditional dish. When people eat it in restaurants, one of the dish is Chashushuli.
300 grams of beef (veal meat)
150 grams onion
80 grams of the red Bulgarian pepper
2 or 3 cloves of garlic
30 grams of butter
2 medium-sized tomatoes.
1 teaspoon tomato paste
1 green pepper
15 grams fresh coriander
0.5 teaspoon dried coriander
Salt and red pepper to taste
2 grains bahar (allspice)
Cut the onion finely and fry in butter on medium head, with small cubes of beef (veal meat)
Add the tomato paste dissolved in a little water or broth.
Then added the chopped red Bulgarian pepper and shredded tomatoes.
Cook beef (veal meat).
The meat doesn’t need to overcooked, but it have to be soft.
Finally, added the dried coriander, fresh coriander, bahar (allspice), grated garlic, and salt to taste.
Cook for another 4-5 minutes.
